Description
Florida riders are running out of room. Trails close, tracks disappear, and liability fears keep good land locked behind gates that never open. Let's Ride Project exists to change that — by passing the law that gives landowners reasonable liability protection when they allow organized off-road riding on their property.
Your donation funds the fight:
- Professional lobbying at the Florida capitol
- Legislative drafting and legal review
- Government relations and coalition building
- Public awareness and grassroots rider advocacy
Why now: The 2027 session is our shot. The sooner we're funded, the sooner the work begins — and the ground we've lost to closed trails doesn't come back on its own. This is how we take it back.
To be clear: this bill does not protect negligence. It removes the unnecessary liability fears that keep good land closed — the same approach already working in Texas and other states.
Florida riding is passed down, not bought. Help keep the land open for the kids who haven't twisted a throttle yet.
Ride right. Keep it open.
Suggested donation amounts (variant labels + microcopy):
- $25
- $50
- $100
- $250
- $500

- Custom Amount (Select Custom Amount From Drop Down and put the specific amount you are looking to donate.)
- Payment note (add near the button): Giving $1,000 or more? Contact us about ACH or check — card processing takes roughly 3%, and every dollar saved goes straight to lobbying and advocacy.
Sponsor callout (dealers, clubs, promoters, brands):
Riding in as a business? Our sponsor tiers run $1,000 to $25,000+, with recognition across the coalition.
